On 19 February 2018 Pre-ICO will commence and will last one full month. 2400000 token (DVR) will be available, the price for one token is set to 0.0005 ETH. Soft-cap will be 500 ETH, otherwise investment will not be returned to the user. ICO will start April 10, 2018 and will last a month.
